After Sentencing Information

In criminal, traffic, or minor consuming alcohol cases, if a person is convicted, the judge "sentences" the person to do specific things. In addition, sometimes state agencies (such as the DMV) require the person to take other specific actions. The following links are resources to find general information about sentence requirements. If you have specific questions about your case, please contact the Clerk’s Office in the court where you were sentenced, or your probation officer if you have one.
