Alaska Criminal Pattern Jury Instructions
The Alaska Criminal Pattern Jury Instructions were drafted by
the Criminal Pattern Jury Instructions Committee in 1980. The committee continues
to meet monthly to review and revise the instructions. These instructions have
not been approved or promulgated by any court or the Alaska Bar Association.
