Alaska Appellate Court Opinions and MOJs in PDF

Appellate Court Opinions and MOJs are offered in Adobe Acrobat PDF format. Opinions in PDF look nearly identical to the print versions produced by the court, retaining all original formatting including footnotes, underlining and italics. PDF lets you read the opinions online and allows you to cut and paste text for use in your documents.

To copy and paste from a PDF document:

  1. Click once on the button with the capital "T" (the Text Select Tool)
  2. Highlight the section of text you want to copy
  3. Right click your mouse and select "copy"
  4. Open your word processing program and paste by
    (a) typing CTRL+V
    (b) right clicking your mouse and selecting "paste", or
    (c) using the pull down menu under the Edit button.
