                                                     parks offenses bail forfeiture
                                                     schedule advisory committee. 

IT IS ORDERED:

In accordance with AS 41.21.960(b), the following persons are appointed to serve on the parks
offenses bail forfeiture schedule advisory committee:

Recreation, Department of Natural Resources, [3601 C Street, Suite 1200, Anchorage, Alaska

Bill Garry, Southeast Area Park Superintendent, Division of Parks and Outdoor Recreation,
Department of Natural Resources, [400 Willoughby, 4th Floor, Juneau, Alaska 99801];

Judge M. Francis Neville, District Court Judge, [3670 Lake Street, Suite 400, Homer, Alaska
99603-7686];

Judge Peter Ashman, District Court Judge, 435 South Denali, Palmer, Alaska 99645-6437];

Representative Joe Green, House Resources Committee [716 W. 4th Avenue, Suite 200,
Anchorage, Alaska 99501-2133]; and

Senator Drue Pearce, Senate Resources Committee [716 W. 4th Avenue, Suite 500, Anchorage,
Alaska 99501-2133]. 

These appointments are effective through December 31, 1996, unless otherwise ordered by the
court.
