IN THE SUPREME COURT OF THE STATE OF ALASKA

	ORDER NO. 1272

					Amending Appellate Rule 204(d) to correct a typographical error.

IT IS ORDERED:

	Paragraph (d) of Appellate Rule 204 is amended to read as follows:

		(d)	Supersedeas Bond. Whenever in a civil case an appellant entitled thereto desires a stay on appeal, the appellant may present to the superior court for its approval a supersedeas bond which shall have such surety or sureties as the court requires. . . .
