                                  Amending Administrative Rule
9(c) concerning filing fees.

IT IS ORDERED:

    Paragraph (c) of Administrative Rule 9 is amended to read as
follows:

    (c)  Filing Fees -- District Court 

              * * * *

         (2)  Filing fees, small claims actions, claim for relief
                   (i)  $2,500 or less                      25.00
                   (ii) more than $2,500                    50.00
              No additional filing fee is due when a
small claims case is removed to district or superior court.
              * * * *
