IN THE SUPREME COURT OF THE STATE OF ALASKA

                        ORDER NO.   1297  

                                  Amending Criminal Rule 49
concerning records of criminal proceedings.

IT IS ORDERED:

    Criminal Rule 49 is amended to read:

              The clerks of court shall keep such
records in criminal proceedings as may be prescribed by rule or
order of the supreme court or by the administrative director with
the approval of the chief justice.
