NOTICE: Memorandum decisions of this court do not create legal precedent. See Alaska Appellate Rule 214(d) and McCoy v. State, 80 P.3d 757 (Alaska App. 2002). Accordingly, memorandum decisions may not be cited for any proposition of law or as an example of the proper resolution of any issue. They are provided here for informational purposes only. MOJs are retained on this site for three months. Contact the Appellate Clerk's Office at 907-264-0612 to obtain print copies of older supreme court MOJs. Selected MOJs can also be found in the law library’s Alaska Case Law database.
